1. Standard Tour Cancellations
We know travel itineraries can change. Our standard refund terms for day trips and guided group tours are:
- More than 48 hours before departure: 100% full refund (or free date rescheduling).
- Between 24 and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund, or rescheduling subject to vehicle availability.
- Less than 24 hours or No-Show: Non-refundable, as transportation seats, park permits, and private guides have already been allocated and prepaid.
2. Free Date Rescheduling
Need to change your tour date? You can reschedule free of charge by notifying our support team at least 24 hours prior to departure, subject to availability on your newly chosen date.
3. Helicopter Tours & Special Air Excursions
Helicopter expeditions (such as El Mirador) require a minimum passenger count to fly. In the rare event that minimum group numbers are not met or if aviation authorities ground flights due to severe weather, you will receive your choice of a free alternative date or a 100% full refund.
